Disadvantages of the HUWA engine
The phase control system’s valves and couplings are this motor’s weak point;
Additionally, many experience lubricant consumption as a result of clogged crankcase ventilation; oil frequently pushes through the front camshaft oil seals for the same reason.
Keep a close eye on the timing belt’s condition because a broken one causes the valve to bend. The fuel pump and turbine frequently need maintenance after 150–200 thousand kilometers.
